I wouldn't take a sick dog here. Came here to get blood. Arrived at 3pm at 8pm the lab knew nothing about it. And when I walked out of my room to ask about where blood was I was told by a white male nurse... I don't know but you need to get back in your room. Do you not need manners or an education to work in the ER here? Apparently not. Head of nursing needs to seriously look into the compentency of these nurses and teach them some manners. I'll be going in for a check up though reading these reviews are somewhat alarming . No matter the stress , people who provide Healthcare should take atleast an extra amount of human compassion . Judging by the reviews and I will update my experience .

If I could rate this place a 0 star I would. My mom had a bad fall and was already immobile. The ER discharged her with no safe place to go, no transportation and when we called to talk to the charge nurse he was rude “why do I need to talk to your daughter” and then hung up on us. They left her in a wheelchair in the lobby in excruciating pain and refused to do any further scans. I feel they just believe she wants pain medicine, she does not, she already has the best. Very nice staff at the emergency room department. They didn't give me nor my husband a hard time caring for my husband and concerns. Everything was explained, all necessary tests were done. Not one rude moment happened.....all smiles....Thank You.

I’ve only had one experience with this hospital and it was outstanding!! My husband was brought into the ER, was diagnosed, had outpatient surgery and we were back home under 10 hours. We received excellent care while there as well as the fast response! I will drive farther if it means going here! Can’t recommend enough!
