This place could have cost me my life. Please do not go to this facility. I was instructed by Patient First to go to the ED because my kidneys were failing. Bloodwork was sent over. My registration was not completed so I had to wait several hours until they completed the paperwork. The nurse refused to listen to me as I explained to them it would be difficult to get my blood. The nurses , techs, and receptionists are so damn arrogant it’s disgusting. God forbid if your black your stopped constantly, I had my name tag appropriately placed, I was chased down by a woman and asked to show it to her, they stop everybody black! My other family members experienced the same thing. It took the nurses almost a week to address her tailbone pain, she was getting a bed sore, i brought her something to help the situation, they complained, but finally addressed the issues. I don’t even know where to start with my review of this place if I had to start, it would start two years ago when I came here with back problems and they tried to tell me I didn’t have any…. fast-forward two years later with 2 seperate surgerys and now I’m here because I got an infection from the surgery they gave me !!! Subject: Concern Regarding Lack of Privacy and Overcrowding in ER Waiting Area To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express concern regarding the conditions in the ER waiting room during a recent visit. We found ourselves sitting in what felt like an open triage zone, surrounded by other patients receiving IV fluids, while nurses and physician assistants discussed patients’ medical evaluations and histories audibly and openly, within earshot of everyone present. Save yourself the trouble. I went to this practice for years and thought very highly of the staff then they merged with another larger operation at the hospital. They were so bad, so incompetent and so uninterested in providing appropriate care to patients I moved on to another Primary Care provider. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there.
