Staff is very professional and they listen to your concerns
The receptionist, that took my call was one rude lady who clearly doesn’t know how to talk to people, I explained to her that my mother needed a translator because she does not understand English so than she proceeds to speak to my mom in English when I had repeatedly told her that she had no idea what she was saying. I had pt for a shoulder surgery.
Tech drawing blood for test could not draw blood and called for another Tech to draw blood. Second Tech did draw blood and left vein bleeding and arm bruised. This is the same problem I had at old Mission Woods office in the past when Tech stuck me three times and was unable to draw blood. Your people need more training and practice to be medically successful. I have no problem at 1st floor Lab or 5th floor at main hospital.
