Our son was given a referral to P/T and our insurance sent us a list of providers in network. This was one of them. When called the woman on the phone was very rude. I explained that we have a referral for our child to see P/T and that we called the number on the back of the card, this was the first place listed and I called the number. Again the receptionist was extremely rude and talked to me like I was stupid saying he wasn’t a patient. I had bloodwork taken when I got home and took the gauze and tape off I had a large knot pop up. I’ve never had a problem before I iced it the rest of the day and the next until it went down then I had a big bruise which is almost gone. I’m not able to get into My Chart. You have the wrong email I have told 3 different people to change it and it’s still wrong.
