From the time we checked in, till the time I left I was treated with great care and kindness. The staff was extremely organized; from admissions, to nursing staff, discharge team, and pharmacy. My nephew is a patient in your hospital, the other day he was left for seven hours sitting in his own urine, and his doctor acts like he does not want to treat him. I really thought KU Med was one of the best, and I spent 20 years in healthcare. Boy was I wrong.
