My mother was recently seen in the ER, on a Monday and was to be admitted. We arrived at 2pm and wasn't seen until 5pm, she was still in the ER at 12:30 the next afternoon. Her doctor that told her to go to the ER was to perform a procedure on Wednesday, but the ER didn't bother to read her chart and gave her a medication that was to be stopped for this procedure. She now has to wait another week, she's still in the hospital, a non-private room which she had to be moved to another one due to the fact, she has cancer and her ... read more
