Short wait time compared to most places. Very caring, professional and friendly staff. Very informative and comforting in a tough situation. I'm very thankful for my care team and services I received.
I had a fear and pain for hours after being at a different emergency room. Maggie and the emergency room staff at University of Kansas gave me a sense of confidence and serenity
Wasn't a good visit rude amr and nurses that early morning I was taking there I asked not to be taking there and was took there anyways I have flat veins and a male nurse after being told to put IV in my hand did what he wanted to it was not a good visit and I'm truly thinking about suing st Francis er and make complaints on a few employees that were working that morning 4/18/26 especially the nurse who thought it was ok to press on my collar bone leaving me in pain for days this is not the only complaint I've had to make ab... read more
My experience was very good. The nurse's were very nice to me the food was good.The student Dr was nice to me and very informative...
