The staff in the emergency room were very helpful and caring. They work to make me comfortable and to assure me of what was being done or the wait time involved.
I was impressed by the professionalism and polite treatment I received.
My treatment, or lack there of, was TERRIBLE! I was admitted into the hospital for kidney failure at 4;45 pm,at 11pm both myself and the elderly gentleman with rapidly spreading cancer patches were both still on gurneys in the hallway. After a six hour wait, with nothing more than vitals and an EKG, I FINALLY see a doctor, and he essentially insinuates that I am “in withdrawal “ and begins to tell me how he will be treating me.
