If I could go lower I would. Called to set up a sleep study. 1 person answered the phone, then I was connected to a 2nd person who put me on hold multiple times, and while on hold with person 2 a 3rd person answered the phone saying they saw my referrals from my doctor, before putting me on hold again. Person 2 then comes back on the phone saying they don't see a referral and acting like they don't know who the 3rd person I spoke to was. Incredibly unprofessional and disorganized.

Angela was awesome, she explained the sleep study process step by step. Was very respectful and accomadating while ensuring that the best possible outcome was accomplished. She remained polite and professional throughout the night. I have had several sleep studies and this was by far the best one thanks to Angela. I would recommend the KU Sleep Clinic to family and friends.

Whoever called to make appointment was rude and determined not to provide their address. She asked instead if we were familiar with My chart and the address would be posted there. She finally gave address after being asked 3 times. I think we will cancel if the first contact person hesitate to answer simple questions.

If I could give them -10 stars I would. After my sleep study, my insurance requires follow up after 90 days. I cant get in to see anyone for 4-6 months. 2 hours on the phone on hold and being sent to another extension only to be told, I cant do anything about it. I tried to keep all my medical needs at KU. By doing so has left me in the lurch. Terrible ignorant unskilled schedulers. Seriously.
