I drove from Wichita Kansas to have surgery here and first off the receptionist was so pleasant and so nice both the one on the first floor and the second floor, which really helps when you feel nervous about a surgery, and the nurse that came out and got me and got me ready for surgery Tammi was extremely pleasant and so kind and she made sure all my needs were met and that I was comfortable while I was waiting for my surgery, and the nurse that put my IV in I didn't even feel it she did a wonderful job but I can't remember... read more
If I could leave no star i would! This is for my husband. I would just like to say how disappointed I feel about my aftercare. I was completely ignored by your office and my pcp office who has been managing my pain medication since November 2025. My pcp office was under the impression that your office would be managing my pain medication 6 weeks post op after such a serious overwhelming and painful surgery. Very poor customer service by Deadra at the front desk. Her manager also was very rude. If possible they would receive 0 stars.
