Very poor customer service by Deadra at the front desk. Her manager also was very rude. If possible they would receive 0 stars.
I had a wonderful experience today having surgery here. I was greeted with smiles that made me feel comfortable and safe! My nurse Emily with Dr.Dunshee was the best and most caring nurse I’ve ever seen. She went above and beyond to help make my experience even more special!
I had surgery in August 2025. Prior to having surgery I called and asked them how much it would be. I clearly told them I was shopping around .. she told me no problem that she could get me a price but it would take a few days because it had to go through pre-authorization. I was fine with that... She called me back about a week later and gave me the price. I paid it the day of surgery... Now MONTHS later... I get a bill for an additional 1k !!!! Are you kidding me! I am on a budget! My sweetie, Steve, and I have both had procedures at this location and we can say, hands down, that this is the BEST place to have a procedure done. This staff ENJOYS their jobs helping people before, during and after medical procedures! A special shout out to CAZEMBE (AKA C.J.) who has the IT factor! That’s the special ability to make someone feel 100% cared for and safe after being under anesthesia…. Chelsea was wonderful as well! If you need surgery, I highly recommend!! ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
