Gosh I’m so glad my time w them is finally over. The doctors I had no complaints, but whoever took the phone call I’m ultimately stunned. I called in to ask if they received my mental health evals and how soon I could’ve gotten an appointment. I was asking neutrally and politely. Lady on the phone cut me off and started yelling NOs at me atrociously for absolutely no reason? I’ve unfortunately had to use the health clinic for as long as I’ve been a student here for many of reasons. After finally ditching the clinic and seeking out a professional center I’ve realised just how unprofessional and unfriendly those at the student health clinic are. The last thing a student needs is a judgmental, rude, and frankly disrespectful attendant like Kimyata to walk them back to the doctors room.
