I love my doctor at the Orland Park office; however, I am frustrated with the billing practices of the lab at that facility. During a doctor's visit, the Physician Assistant administered a COVID swab, and a week later, I received a bill for $880.00 for a service I could have gotten at CVS or Walgreens for much less. I saw a neurologist at this clinic about a month ago and I still feel very frustrated. Although, he was very nice, and the neurology resident who attended me as well, I felt completely dismissed. I had been in a serious car accident which resulted in a ringing in my ears.
