Ladies who took care of me to the receptionist getting yelled at by someone at 9am. They solved that calmly and lady walked away satisfied. Worst experience was getting one milk instead of 2.

I agree with one reviewer this isn't for surgeon or his staff. Dr balhky and staff were tremendous. Im very grateful for the awesome job they did with my robotic heart surgery. But Plz whoever decided to work nurses twelve hours needs to just STOP IT! Most of them can stay kind for 6 hours tops, after that they become nurse ratchet. I had one nurse tell me " you know the halls have camera's, so they can see when I come in." Oh really?? And are there cameras in room with mics so they hear you??? I’d leave more stars if I could, this hospital is amazing. They did for my dad what no other hospital within 300 miles was able to do. Eternally grateful for Dr. Sanchez and his incredible staff. Nurses Kaiden and Doona and the 4th floor are extremely attentive and compassionate. Can’t put into words how thankful my family is.
