Worst experience of my life. Abusive night staff, and constant baseless testing kept me in this place for nearly a month when I was obviously better and should've gone home after a week. Kept getting me confused with other patients meds and testing. Was forcibly catheterized against my will twice in the same day, received drug induced liver damage confirmed by their own doctors from all the junk they threw into me, stopped breathing in my sleep after they loaded me up on benzos and painkillers, they had to Narcan me because ... read more
Worst hospital I've ever been to... Nurses verbally attack you and accuse you of doing things to med equipment and you're not allowed to stand up for yourself or you get escorted out by security... I thought phoenix had some bad hospitals but nothing compared to UMCBanner... Expect to wait in the lobby for a minimum of 6 hours before being seen... Save time and your sanity and go to TMC... Better staff and less of a wait time to be seen and the doctors actually listen there... But not at UMC it's a constant fight to get hear... read more
