A great space to work. Centrally located and accessible to the U-District. The tenants are friendly and the managers of the building are warm and helpful with any needs which may arise.
I've worked at the University Business Center for nearly 4 years now in 2 different sunny offices, and I have nothing but positive things to say. The place is run by wonderful humans who are not only responsive and easy to connect with, but who you'll actually see in the halls, at the front desk, in the break room, or stopping by your door to say hi. I’ve been renting an office at the University Business Center just one day a week, but from the very beginning I’ve felt completely comfortable, supported, and welcomed. Everyone I’ve met here — from the staff to the other tenants — has been so kind and friendly. The University Business Center has been a great space for my counseling work. The offices are clean, thoughtfully decorated, and create a calming environment for clients. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and responsive to needs, including decor or space adjustments when requested.
