Customer assistance literally hang up on me then refused my calls through the box speaker. Very unprofessional while I was stuck at the gate since the gates were not working. 11pm Tuesday May 26
My car was swiped in the parking garage, and the security/management company has been completely unhelpful. I expected at least some level of assistance, communication, or concern, but they have done absolutely nothing to help resolve the situation. Very disappointing experience and not the level of professionalism or accountability you would hope for from a property/security team.
