Easy and straightforward transaction. My sixth home purchase in eight years and this by far the easiest mortgage bank I've dealt with. Requested and received all the docs they needed at the beginning, and not the usual "one more thing" routine I've gone through with other lenders. And the 11th hour came and went without the last minute emergencies I'd gotten used to!
Darren was a PLEASURE to work with! He was patient, understanding, and thorough. There were a few obstacles to overcome with our refinance, and Darren went above and beyond to assist with this, making sure we got the most "bang for our buck" so to speak. Communication was strong throughout the loan process which is important because the loan process is arduous on a good day. Regardless of what anyone says the rates are what they are, no honest person can say I can get you half a point lower than anybody else because that's just not true.
