Mr. Patton was nothing other than exceptional. Everything was relayed to us in a timely manner. Any request we made of Mr. Patton were answered quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend him for any of your mortgage needs. We purchased a home and from start to finish it was completed in approximately two weeks.

Easy and straightforward transaction. My sixth home purchase in eight years and this by far the easiest mortgage bank I've dealt with. Requested and received all the docs they needed at the beginning, and not the usual "one more thing" routine I've gone through with other lenders. And the 11th hour came and went without the last minute emergencies I'd gotten used to!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Union Bank and my loan officer, Darren Patton! I've had multiple home purchases and refinances over the years, and this was by far my best experience. Notably, Union Bank had the best offer.
