The service at this place was terrible!!! The staff was rude, unprofessional, and they have their picks of the kind of customers they want to show respect. If you don't meet that description then you'll be treated like it's still the 1950s. This is my experience and how I was treated!!!

Every member of their team goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are well taken care of. Doing business with Union Bank is a breeze, thanks to their dedicated and professional staff. This level of service truly sets them apart and makes them a bank that I am proud to do business with.
Awful experience. Super unprofessional encounter. Set an appointment with Katie to talk about loans, set aside work for the day, and showed up 20 mins before my appointment. Waited 40 total minutes in the lobby before asking the banker where she is at. She had no idea so she calls Katie. Katie is off sick and apologizes that she didn’t have my contact info to let me know she wouldn’t make it. You would think for a bank, if it was THAT important to take a day off when you have an appointment, you would atleast notify the bank... read more
