I just moved in and everyone was so wonderful and helpful. Very grateful to Chelsea and Dee for setting up everything. Ivan, Antonio, Chip, and Rodney have been very kind and have answered all of my questions as I have settled in. The building is very clean and quiet, with nice appliances.
My two years at Union has been amazing. I am sensitive to sounds and sound insulation between units and different floors is the best - hardly heard anything from next doors or upstairs. Heard it could be a bit loud if the apartment faces the street. Management is very responsive and the staff at concierge are extremely helpful and friendly. Especially, Chip has been an amazing staff and a friend. I lived in a one-bedroom and it was clean and spacious. I loved the high ceiling of the apartment.
Amazing apartments, having a concierge 24/7 is game changer. In the past year and a half I have never had any problem with packages. The building makes you feel at home every time you come in or go out they always greet you by your name, this makes me feel as a part of this community. Leasing office helped us a lot with our process when when we arrive to this country. If we have any complain they answer really quickly. Met one of my best friend here :) but they recently changed all the faucets so the shower pressure is awful :(
The water in the apartments, especially the units far away from the elevators, takes as long as 10 minutes to get warm.
