Currently have damaged belongings due to a sprinkler coming through our window while we were away. This is the FOURTH time the sprinkler has been positioned facing our window. We have informed them of the issue all three previous times but now have damaged belongings due to negligence. Waiting for the office to open to report the fourth incident. Called emergency maintenance for first incident which took place at 4am, and was ignored.
