The worst, overpriced massage I’ve ever received. I visited on Monday morning with my sister and we were super excited. The spa is very pretty and the customer service was great. That’s it. My sister did a 50 min deep tissue with body scrub. She is obsessed with Korean spa body scrubs and this was a dry scrub which really irritated her but she didn’t complain about the massage so I’m assuming it was fine. Lanez did my facial yesterday and it felt amazing she was very knowledgeable about what I needed to do with my skin and helpful. The other staff was very nice as well. The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because The towels in the shower & in the pool area was dirty besides that. I loved the experience
They never answer the phone or call back.
Massage was cut short, showers were not clean for me to shower after my service. No one for check out. As I keep writing the review
I treated myself to the vitamin C facial for my birthday and my skin still feels so supple and rejuvenated five days later!! I swear my skin tone looks more even too - the treatment felt so luxurious from start to finish. The spa has some beautiful amenities as well. I will absolutely be back!
