I had an amazing experience here! The staff here is very welcoming and helpful. They give you robes and slippers to sit in their relaxation room that has water and light snacks before your service. I had the best facial of my life here! After you are allowed to use the pool if you like.
The deep tissue massage was really good and actually the right amount of pressure. I was dozing off at times (which means I was totally relaxed). The locker room was nice, but the area within the locker room where the lockers reside is a tight fit. So if you are there with another person, there's a lot of maneuvering around each other. They were able to accommodate a large group booking, they were great to communicate with and very helpful. Highly recommend.
Horrible experience, this place wasted my time due to their unprofessional service. I wish I could give 0 stars. Booked my service a month ago ,& today I was told I was not booked, offered a lame “people make mistakes “ excuse. Nothing was done to fix it.. Unacceptable , still waiting on my deposit back. I should have went to the W Hotel instead. Never Again!
This is the WORST spa experience I have ever had! I planned this couples massage since September 23, booked it as a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday. I called Friday & moved the date one day up. The women on the phone confirms with me. I show up today ( After my boyfriend & I both take off of work for his big surprise. 😑) just for them to tell me the person messed up my reservations.
