Horrible experience, this place wasted my time due to their unprofessional service. I wish I could give 0 stars. Booked my service a month ago ,& today I was told I was not booked, offered a lame “people make mistakes “ excuse. Nothing was done to fix it.. Unacceptable , still waiting on my deposit back. I should have went to the W Hotel instead. Never Again!
This is the WORST spa experience I have ever had! I planned this couples massage since September 23, booked it as a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday. I called Friday & moved the date one day up. The women on the phone confirms with me. I show up today ( After my boyfriend & I both take off of work for his big surprise. 😑) just for them to tell me the person messed up my reservations. Alexa H was my masseuse and delivered on my deep tissue massage. We’ve been coming here for years now and she really catered to everything. This place is a hidden gem in Philly and the service is always top notch. Highly recommend.
