This is not the actual umbrella center. I came here looking for help and the people said this is only a behavior health center. I did not get any of the advice or resources I needed

My advocate Jennifer disappeared on me When I tried getting new information They had zero effort in helping me. My situation is very delicate and I had to find help elsewhere. They never reached out to me and I was the one always following up looking for answers I never received.

Staff are rude take no accountability or validate someone who was being verbally abused there. They covered it up and took the abusers side. The girl was drinking in kitchen with children around Colleen the supervisor is not supportive at all maria should be Supervisor. Girls were so hostile towards me instead of saving money for an apartment I had to pay my way in a hotel bc environment was soooo toxic. Don’t go here! I went here in 2009 and don’t know why they show a building that’s not where the house is! Someone took a lady’s pocket book and we all got Kicked out for no Reason! The staff won’t help you it’s not a safe place to be! The room I was in the window didn’t close and if you go downtown there is a lady who works at the bank she watches you and if your walking with a guy watch it they will think it’s your Abuser ! And the staff will walk in your room to see if you have anything to pawn wow they should shut this pl... read more
