If I could leave negative stars, I would. This place put my life in more danger than my abuser. Then sent me back , partially. I had to leave my belongings, including a $1500 Oxygen compressor and walk in 12 degree weather at 1 o'clock in the morning in snow and ice. They scolded the Uber driver to only bring to a police station. They made him think I was some fugitive and he was too scared to bring me to my daughters place OR hotel. It's been 2 months and I'm STILL healing.
I called after 5 and the phone was answered “hello”. I almost hung up. I asked if it was a dv line she said yes but only for emergencies and to call back after the holidays, without even knowing if it was an emergency. And it was. But cool. Thanks babessss. The kids are scared and cold fleeing dv but I forgot dv stops after 5, on weekends and during holiday! My bad. Must be the repeated concussions. Here’s a thought. Just shut the line off. This is not the actual umbrella center. I came here looking for help and the people said this is only a behavior health center. I did not get any of the advice or resources I needed
My advocate Jennifer disappeared on me When I tried getting new information They had zero effort in helping me. My situation is very delicate and I had to find help elsewhere. They never reached out to me and I was the one always following up looking for answers I never received.
Staff are rude take no accountability or validate someone who was being verbally abused there. They covered it up and took the abusers side. The girl was drinking in kitchen with children around Colleen the supervisor is not supportive at all maria should be Supervisor. Girls were so hostile towards me instead of saving money for an apartment I had to pay my way in a hotel bc environment was soooo toxic.
