I refuse to tan at the only other tanning place in Springfield - I will drive into town just to come here - the staff are kind and always have a smile on their face when I walk in -Hannah was such a sweetheart tonight and very helpful! Horrible. Zero stars. Their beds are junk. They shut off in the middle of your service. This has been going on since Jan that I’m aware of. The lamps shut off in the middle with time still left on. Membership is now outrageous. I went somewhere else temporarily because I was told in February they were working on the issue. Went back the first time today.
