I lost both my regular and spare glasses, and as a new patient, the team got me an appointment super quickly. They rushed the order for my new glasses and handled everything smoothly. They were always on top of things and kept me in the loop.
The office was super clean, and the staff was so friendly. My appointment was right on time. The dr took the time to explain everything she was doing and walked me through the results of my tests. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying anything outside what my insurance covered. Really happy I found this office.
I’ve had 2 visits over the past 18 months, and I’m really impressed with the professionalism here. They have made the whole process super smooth, from the exam to the final fittings. The staff is excellent, and I highly recommend them.
