I have been buying supplies for my home cake business I own & operate from this store for over 3 years now. I have been a loyal customer whom has spent a ton of money with them and have never returned an item until yesterday when I tried to exchange a Halloween costume I purchased just the day before for my 8 year old. When she tried it on at home that evening we realized it was way too big. This store is awful. I purchased a wig and once I got home, I noticed it was in disgusting, terrible condition and full of knots. I returned to the store 2 hours after purchasing and was told I could not return a wig. Not only is that NOT listed on the receipt's return policy, I wasn't even told that at the time of my purchase. I also didn't see any signage alerting customers of this policy. The staff is not properly trained and I would never shop there again.
