In November 2025 I was referred to Sink and Spout by the people I contracted with for a kitchen remodel. I made an appointment to meet with Sales Associate Christine Guerin. The experience was excellent. Christine listened to my concerns and preferences and provided very knowledgeable recommendations and assistance in ordering my new sink and faucet. Sink and Spout's showroom has good inventory and the process was quite enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!
Stopped in based on a referral. Waited 30+ minutes to speak to only employee Dan Farren , which was fine since I just stopped in. He said to make an appointment next time since I needed to come back with my wife. We ended up taking a day off and I reached out to Dan via phone and email several times with no responses. We ended up going to FW Webb and the service was so much better.
Such friendly service
I’ve never experienced anything quite like this and I’m 70! My husband and I walked in (without an appointment) beginning our search for a master bath vanity. There were 2 employees in the store, seemingly discussing a project. They saw us walk in and never greeted nor acknowledged us. It was like we didn’t exist. We walked around the showroom and then exited. Not a word. That would be Zero stars.
