I’ve never experienced anything quite like this and I’m 70! My husband and I walked in (without an appointment) beginning our search for a master bath vanity. There were 2 employees in the store, seemingly discussing a project. They saw us walk in and never greeted nor acknowledged us. It was like we didn’t exist. We walked around the showroom and then exited. Not a word. That would be Zero stars.
Dan was very helpful. I needed a tub and surround and he helped us find just the perfect ones. He was patient with all my changes and helped make my bathtub dreams come true. Would highly recommend.
