Fantastic shop! Peter Bacci in the showroom has been our go-to for our bathroom re-build. He is always available and addresses issues quickly. Eric from GraniteGroup delivery is an amazing human..positive, hard-working and literally goes the extra mile for all drops. I will return here for all future home remodel projects.
Prices tend to be higher than other local vendors. For example a vaniety im.looking at Sink & Spout $ 400+ over 2 local vendors less than 10 miles away ( one in (local)MA the other Nashua) Toilets & fixtures are also more expensive than local vendors.. Unfortunate because their employees are very nice , but if they get a savvy shopper not much will be purchased from them..jmo
Cessylia at Sink and Spot did a phenomenal job of locating a kitchen faucet that met all my requirements. She made ordering fast and easy. In and out in under a half hour.
I can’t say enough great things about Marianne and her knowledge of all things bathroom related! I met Marianne when I was very overwhelmed with an unplanned and unexpected bathroom remodel. She spent so much time with me and helped me pick out everything I needed while always proactively thinking about maximizing the space in my tiny bathroom. I would’ve been lost without her help. Just finishing up our master bath remodel in our home in Westford. I worked with Marianne and I can’t say enough about her wonderful customer service and attention to details. I had chosen fixtures that were very specific color. When a few of my fixtures were back ordered it seemed indefinitely, Marianne combed heaven and earth to get us fixtures that would work in our bath.
