We recently visited the Lowell store and worked with Cessylia Ochoa to obtain a quote for our intended bathroom renovations. She was extremely knowledgeable and assisted us in making good decisions. I recommend Ms, Ochoa highly and the store also, given the breadth of the displayed items.

Fantastic shop! Peter Bacci in the showroom has been our go-to for our bathroom re-build. He is always available and addresses issues quickly. Eric from GraniteGroup delivery is an amazing human..positive, hard-working and literally goes the extra mile for all drops. I will return here for all future home remodel projects.
Prices tend to be higher than other local vendors. For example a vaniety im.looking at Sink & Spout $ 400+ over 2 local vendors less than 10 miles away ( one in (local)MA the other Nashua) Toilets & fixtures are also more expensive than local vendors.. Unfortunate because their employees are very nice , but if they get a savvy shopper not much will be purchased from them..jmo
