Recently had the pleasure of working with Lilly in the showroom. We found her to be very knowledgeable about the product lines carried and provided outstanding customer service pre and post purchase. Our purchase was small but we were treated like we were outfitting our entire home. Outstanding Customer service did not end in the showroom, the delivery and parts team were also outstanding. Sink & Spout and the Granite Group has earned a new customer.
Colette at the Manchester store was wonderful. We needed a faucet set for our new sink. She took us through all the various styles and manufacturers. We were very happy with the result. The store itself has an amazing selection.
We are preparing for a master bathroom remodel, feeling a little apprehensive and Lily made us feel so comfortable. We went one step at a time. She answered questions, asked us a lot of questions, went over pro and cons. We appreciated Lily’s knowledge and design expertise! We were so concerned we would be overwhelmed. Instead, we had fun and feel so excited about the choices we made! Lily is great and so is Sink & Spout!
