Great beef and peanut butter
Great Steaks!
We went to the Ugly Pig today to pick up more Maple Peanut Butter. It is so delicious. Will definitely go back and try some of the meats.
I stopped in and picked up some of their burger blend, a steak and some beef ribs. Had a lovely conversation with the owner, who was very knowledgeable and super nice. I have been looking for a butcher shop and I'm glad I stumbled across The Ugly Pig, used the burger blend to make smash burgers and the flavor in that meat is sublime, I will definitely be back. We can't let places like this disappear.
