Great find! George could be the most knowledgeable man in the meat game I’ve ever met. His highly recommended burgers lived up to the hype. And the king salmon was one of the more tasteful pieces I’ve tried. Excited to try the bavette and petite tenderloin I purchased. If looking for a specific cut I recommend calling ahead as it looks like he cuts to order. Definitely give this place a try!
If I lived nearby I’d be there every week. I Love the passion the staff shows for their trade and the knowledge they provide on all things food. The burgers were great, the brats were on point and the peanut butter was fantastic. Thanks for a great product and service!
Son is at the USNA and all he wanted was a great steak for his first meal off the yard and the local market meats were lackluster at best. George hooked us up and delivered a 10/10 and everyone got their fill… Thank you George!!! Looking forward to the next 4 years!
