My 840,000 mile Series 60 had the Detroit hiccups bad. Sometimes 5 in 15 seconds. Black smoke at the strangest times. Dirty black oil quickly after a change. I installed the Ugly Fix 1 week ago. I am 100% satisfied. Like a different truck. No hiccups. No smoke. Oil staying cleaner. Seems to have helped the fuel mileage.
