Tyler and his team made our home buying experience seem so easy! Great communication and weekly updates through the process. We’ve used him three times now (2 home purchases and a refinance) and will continue to do so, although I hope we won’t need him for a while :)
Tyler and his team were very helpful and efficient throughout the home buying process. They use technology in a very thoughtful manner, making it easy to schedule calls, communicate and move the process forward. They were professional, kind and thorough. Can't recommend him and his team enough, it was a smooth process from start to finish. And I gotta say he may hold the record for longest e-mail signature line ever. HUGE THANK YOU to them!

My husband and I purchased our first home and it was a breeze with the help from the Tyler Osby Team. We purchased our first home in Dubuque IA which is 4 hours away from Tyler's office. We did not have a chance to personally meet Tyler and his team but they were always there to help/answer questions for us. No matter what time or what day of the week we always had our questions answered immediately.
What’s not to recommend? Tyler’s team is always there to answer anything, doesn’t matter when or where, someone is going to respond to you. They’re open, organized, and make this process fun. It’s weird spending money can be fun, but Tyler’s team knows how to do it.
Tyler and Team are very professional, yet so personable. We were impressed with how open the lines of communication always were: email, phone, and text. Anytime we had a question- someone was available. I would highly recommend talking to Tyler for your pre-approval so you have zero worries as you house shop.
Tyler and his team are the best out there. They are knowledgeable, responsive and definitely go above and beyond.
