Tyler and his team are so responsive to every email, question and phone call. Every Friday I received an email on the status, even though we were ready to close weeks before our closing date! Then on the day we were to sign to sell our home, the out of state lender the other people were using totally dropped the ball on their paperwork! Tyler had it sorted out quickly, same day and we were paid and moved in to our new home like no snag had happened at all!
Working with Tyler and the team was a great experience! I love how detailed they are, it really made things go smoothly throughout the whole process! Getting the calls and emails every week was nice because we knew exactly where we were and what else we needed to do until we could close! By far the best and nicest people to work with! You won’t regret working with them at all!
Tyler Osby and his team are an amazing group to work with. We first attended their 'Home Buyer' workshop in 2015 and learned so much about the process in getting our first home. They were great to work with then and still incredible to work with in 2017 when we purchased our second home. I highly recommend that you check them out! They are responsive to any questions you might have, make sure that you are aware of the entire process, and do their best to make the stress of home-buying less stressful.

This was my first home and the Osby Team is a great lender to go with no matter what number home you may be on. Their communication with clients is excellent, updating you every step of the way on any little change or progress that happens. Costumer service was very apparent through the communication and the apprectiation they show for using them. I definitely recommend The Tyler Osby Team.
The Tyler Osby Team was very helpful in my boyfriend and I's first home buying experience. They were always on top of it and new exactly what needed done. Main communication is through email which I loved because it was easy to shoot them an email when I had a question.
