I move out the Tyler after being there since there open, I move out may 21, 2025 . No one never have contact me bill showing they keep my deposit if $350.00 shows on portal I charged for a stove resurface I cook on stove to make meals, replaced carpet e$660. , water bill $86.00 be aware that if you use your stove to make meals you will be charged when you move out. I had a very frustrating experience applying at The Tyler. I was lied to about the application credit qualifications. The screening said my income was not enough and then they turn around and say it is enough but my credit is the issue when they told me otherwise. I don’t even have anything major on my credit other than student loans, and 3 collections. I also been approved at other luxury apartments because my income is high. I absolutely LOVE living at The Tyler! From the moment I moved in, I knew I made the right choice. The community is clean, modern, and super well-maintained. The amenities are top-notch, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the overall vibe here is exactly what I was looking for.
