It’s been a great residential experience at 200 broad street especially with the capable hands of our Resident Manager Mylene. I was quite sad to hear that Mylene is no longer the RM here. She is always calm and responsive in getting issues resolved. She will truly be missed. I wish her all the best.
Used to be a very nice clean quiet building when we moved in here. Mostly seniors and working couples. Now it is filled with families of from 4 to 7 in a two bed and den. Kids running and screaming in the halls and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.
