Long waits for service/ food delivery; “kids eat free” is a joke. If you order two $14.99 meals, you get two “free” kids meals, but if you order the $49.99 sushi boat for two, a $8.99 order of sashimi, and two kids meals, you only get one free kids meal because “you only ordered one meal over $14.99.” Also, the “manager can’t do anything because he isn’t the general manager.” BS. We planned to get ice cream next door, but found out it’s owned by the same people and won’t spend another dime here. Call me “Karen,” I don’t care... read more
