If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment with Beth for 10AM this morning but she never showed up. At 10:15AM she texted saying she wasn't feeling well and it was my fault for not confirming the appointment before driving the 30 minutes there... I had confirmed the appointment last Wednesday. It's terrible to not feel well, but have the courtesy to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least a couple hours beforehand and then take some responsibility, be accountable.
