This program WORKS as long as your YOURSELF put in the work! They are working on renovating the building, so dont expect the Hilton Hotel. The staff do their best to accommodate. Keep b in mind this this program is meant to be a stepping stone, therefore your life is YOUR responsibility! The staff are only able to do so much, especially with being as short staffed as they are. Give it a chance if you're serious about your recovery.
I would not give this place any stars!!! All they want to do is write me up for what I to believe is nothing... Like I'm 2 minutes late and it's a write up... Yes there's been times I missed groups but instead of getting to why I missed the staff just started writing me up... There has been a couple of times I had permission to miss group but when the group was over they wrote me up... The staff here at the Twelve supposed to get to the bottom of what is going on for the reasons why I'm having trouble attending groups... I f... read more
This is far from a step down program. They have staff in positions of authority that simply do not belong in those positions. There are staff member that do truly care about what they do. My only advice is to weigh all of your options before making a decision.
