Horrible place. Their residents come out in the early morning and start talking loudly at around 4:30 in the morning, sometimes making very difficult to go back to sleep, but do they care? Do they keep their voices low or make an effort at quiet conversation? Absolutely not! Because then they'd have to be good neighbors in the middle of a neighborhood! I am here right now and have also been through the twelve in Roanoke. Both places are amazing. Staff are very helpful but you have to also put in your own footwork instead of completely relying on them. They truly care about helping you change your behaviors and helping you get and stay clean and sober. I would highly recommend this place to anyone trying to get into recovery.

This program WORKS as long as your YOURSELF put in the work! They are working on renovating the building, so dont expect the Hilton Hotel. The staff do their best to accommodate. Keep b in mind this this program is meant to be a stepping stone, therefore your life is YOUR responsibility! The staff are only able to do so much, especially with being as short staffed as they are. Give it a chance if you're serious about your recovery.
I would not give this place any stars!!! All they want to do is write me up for what I to believe is nothing... Like I'm 2 minutes late and it's a write up... Yes there's been times I missed groups but instead of getting to why I missed the staff just started writing me up... There has been a couple of times I had permission to miss group but when the group was over they wrote me up...
