Bob is the best in the business. His knowledge of suits, tuxedos, dinner jackets, etc makes him my “GO-TO” whenever I am in the market for those items or just have a question in general. No matter how deep and wide his breadth of knowledge concerning etiquette when it comes to outfitting yourself and your guests, it is his customer service that stands heads and shoulders above any options in Seattle or nationwide. Had to get a tux with a little bit of Western/Cowboy energy. The store owner was so helpful and provided great ideas on accessories also. The outfit really came together, and the pictures of the event looked exactly as I wanted. Friendly and professional— will be my go-to store for black tie events!
