Last time I went through the mortgage process 5 years ago, there was more to rounding up all the documents. Going through cross country and the tuttle group made it a lot easier and not as overwhelming. Their portal is quick and easy making it easy to upload documents needed to close on your home. Every few days they send you a couple docs needed and you do that over the span of a few weeks. Next thing you know, it’s time to close.
