My only experience with them is with a property that they manage. Numerous requests to discuss a misunderstanding regarding one property and cannot get with a single person on the phone. No opportunity for discussion, only simple denials via email. Perhaps I don’t understand the industry whatsoever, but I’ve never once not been able to speak with a human on the phone, let alone be blatantly denied the opportunity.
