DO NOT USE THEM! I was charged $600 to have 2 people (one wasn't even a plumber) just LOOK at the problem. Didn't even do any work. I was then quoted a price and I agreed for them to execute the work. THEN I get an additional bill for their "service charge." And get this...$300 an hour to LOOK at the problem plus a service charge of $65 on their service charge.
