I visited the Turtle Hospital last year in Feb. It was amazing to see what great they do for sea turtles. If I could I'd want one for a pet. Maybe I could totally have a non-release sea turtle??? j/k. sorta. I'd love to take care of one as a forever family member. Those at the Hospital are true heros in my eyes.
Visited there today! The people do amazing things with these beautiful creatures! So glad this hospital is here and can help the sea turtles that are sick or injured.
Such an amazing and passionate staff. We were the only ones on our tour, and we got to hear about how the turtles were cared for during the hurricane. We also got to witness a surgery in process to remove papillomas. It was a great experience, with dedicated staff who very clearly love what they do. ��
