Amazing cuisine in an even more amazing atmosphere.
I recently visited the turquoise room and met both Chef/owners John and Patricia Sharpe for an interview for a chef de cuisine position. I have to say it was a wonderful experiene that i have ever had in a interview. They were both very kind and the way they expresed themselves was straight forward, honest, clearity, understanding.
