If I could give a 6 for service, I would. 33rd anniversary, my wife wanted good steak. Everything was top notch. Free champagne when we arrived and free dessert when we were finishing up and “Happy Anniversary” from the staff. Steak, short rib fantastic. Potato Terrine chefs kiss. Root Beer cookies with vanilla bean ice cream was our favorite. Wow. Mommy Dearest cocktail and Elijah Craig old fashioned were both fantastic. Great evening with my bride and this experience. Thank you!
TERRIBLE customer service. They cannot handle larger parties. We had a party of 15 with 7 kids. We waited forever for our food and then one of the kid’s food came out burnt. The whole experience was seriously just terrible.
My husband and I celebrated our 50th Anniversary with the whole family. Our son made the reservations and the staff made sure were in a space where we could talk as well as eat. The food was plentiful an delicious. The staff was attentive and helpful. They even took a group photo for us.
Always phenomenal! Food drinks, and service. Last night was our anniversary. We chose a different restaurant which didn’t turn out well for us so when we left, we went directly to the Turf Room. We were asked if we were celebrating anything we did say it was our 25th anniversary. They greeted us with a champagne toast and candle and many of the staff passing bye wished us a happy anniversary. Thanks to our server Joe! He was fantastic!! Food was great and the goat cheese cheesecake is to die for!
We love the Turf Room, and have not been disappointed over the several years we've been dining here. The cocktails are terrific, including lots of wine choices. The smokey ambiance in the fall and winter when they burn the logs is terrific as are the real gas lanterns. I had the blue cheese soie Vide flat iron steak with smashed potatoes, so tender and delicious, the very thick pork chop with corn side was terrific as was the salmon dish.
