Avoid at all costs, do your research! Avoid this gym at all costs. I should have researched first. Local ad sounded promising, and like other user mentioned they do not tell you price over phone. After some salesman swindling, they told me the rate is 74.95$ a month. Fount that a little steep compared to other famous gyms. Strength and Fitness Club is Top notch This gym has everything from tanning to day care to a hair salon, along with brand new equipment, friendly staff, and a welcoming environment. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in the door. They don't pressure you to sign up, and will give you a 3-day pass to try out the gym for free if you want extra time to consider joining. Definitely worth the investment. It's never crowded and everyone is so helpful. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Great Gym Experience I had a serious weight problem and wanted to get into shape so I joined Strength and Fitness Club. They truly changed my life and made me feel so good about myself again. From the front desk personnel to the personal trainers, it is truly a friendly, spotless, fun place to work out. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get into shape and experience a professional, upscale facility.

Love the Club I highly recommend this club to everyone, especially anyone with a family. It is a family run club that goes the extra mile with its members. I have two children that use the daycare and the staff in the daycare is so friendly and experienced. The biggest problem with the daycare is getting my children to leave. Cry baby Don't listen to any bad stuff about this Gym They saved my life You will not find any other gym as friendly and helpfull as this gym, top of the line equipment, sounds like sour grapes Rodger Z. Amazing Club This is an amazing club that truly focuses on the whole family. Anytime I have a question about anything, there is always someone there to help me. The place is immaculate and the equipment is all state of the art. When my wife went into the hospital they send her a get well card, what other place would do something like that? Josh L. I joined Strength and Fitness Club with apprehension because I never belonged to a gym before and I felt intimidated. My first workout was so comfortable. The staff welcomed me and made sure I was comfortable, if I had any questions or needed help with any of the equipment.
