I got scammed. I bought a pair of shoes a few weeks ago on sale. Went back to exchange for a smaller size. They didn’t have the size I was after so I had to change to a different shoe. I ended up getting a cheaper pair of shoes but was forced to pay extra ontop because the girl serving refused to apply the same sale discount on the new pair I had to choose… not fair…. It wasn’t my fault the original shoe wasn’t available.
Jesse was a huge help and very very knowledgeable. Impressed and appreciated. Top service and a stand out from other stores in the shopping centre I've experienced.
Visited tribe on Thursday to get a couple pairs of runners for my son’s, there was a short wait for assistance but once a staff member, Paige, was free she was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to help me find what we were wanting and needing and was incredible engaging with my son to make it a fun experience.
