Jon was recommended by our home inspector after we purchased our home in Jupiter, FL. I contacted him to examine and replace a water heater and he rearranged his schedule to make it happen for us with just a couple of days notice. I will definitely engage Jon again when I have any plumbing needs.
We can’t say enough good about True Pros! We had a malfunctioning, leaking water heater on a Friday afternoon. Jon walked us through a potential solution on the phone, but needed to come out on a Saturday - despite it being his day off. He was able to obtain and install a new unit same day. Top notch!!! Hire Jon for all of your HVAC needs! We have had an on-going problem with one of our units for 8 years. Replaced twice and service call nearly every month. Condensation line clogging, filling the attic pan. Many companies came to "fix" the issue but problem always came back.
