We can’t say enough good about True Pros! We had a malfunctioning, leaking water heater on a Friday afternoon. Jon walked us through a potential solution on the phone, but needed to come out on a Saturday - despite it being his day off. He was able to obtain and install a new unit same day. Top notch!!! Hire Jon for all of your HVAC needs! We have had an on-going problem with one of our units for 8 years. Replaced twice and service call nearly every month. Condensation line clogging, filling the attic pan. Many companies came to "fix" the issue but problem always came back. I finally learned how to clear it myself but recently have serious health issues so can't go up in the attic. A good friend recommended Jon and I'm so glad he did!
