TTG is truly amazing! We worked with them last year on getting my engagement ring, and then our wedding bands. We had a couple of hiccups at the beginning - as I bought and in stock ring and then decided to purchase a larger stone. Brad began to work with us after that and he was patient, kind and very informative when I had questions. My parents actually bought us our wedding bands and visited with Brad and they placed the order - which included designing my husbands band from scratch. I was having various issues with my ring after a resize in 2023 and true gem did everything in their power to make it right. Even through all the frustration I had, I still walked away extremely impressed by the customer service & response time.
