Can't thank True Gem enough for their kindness and patience throughout the process. My bride-to-be is an architect, so she was very particular about the design of her ring. Zh� Zh� was there every step of the way to answer her questions and make sure she got what she wanted. During our first consultation, they had such good attitudes and were so thoughtful that we knew we would use them. Highly, highly recommend!!
I had previously bought from them and have a warranty for my ring. I have been calling, leaving VM, emails, texts to have someone returns my calls for questions/help I have. It's been 3 weeks of me nonstop calling them and I still haven't received anything. I would avoid them given their recent bankruptcy and loss of one of their owners.
I got my set of 3 rings several years ago now and I debated writing this review because I just hated the idea of giving a negative review of the place that made my rings but i wany to warn other brides of women for something to watch out for. I had several issues when making my rings but after the final ones i was finally happy and ready to move on so what happened next has been so shocking i have not returned. I love True Gem very much. I really appreciate how honest and genuine the company is. My initial interaction wasn’t great, but they immediately addressed the issue and put me in touch with one of the partners. Jordan (one of the partners) is very knowledgeable and patient, he explained all of my questions and provided his expert input which led me to my perfect ring. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and well crafted, the center stone Jordan selected for me is very beautiful. I highly highly recommend True Gem!
