UPDATE: The True Gem has gone above and beyond to make things right. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough for both the quality of my ring and their excellent customer service. It pains me to write this review because I really do love my ring, and for 6 years it was perfect. We ordered the ring in 2019, and in 2025 the band snapped.
