I was having various issues with my ring after a resize in 2023 and true gem did everything in their power to make it right. Even through all the frustration I had, I still walked away extremely impressed by the customer service & response time. Im very glad we chose them for my engagement ring back in 2019 & that theyve proven themselves to be a business with integrity.

I had a really frustrating experience with The True Gem Co., specifically with Gregory via text. I reached out about tightening a single loose stone—the one and only stone in my ring setting. It took a week, just to receive a response from him, and when I finally heard back, I was told it would take another full week to tighten the only stone in the setting. We have had an amazing experience with True Gem. Their quality, service and pricing can’t be beat. I have been in love with my engagement ring that my fiance purchased from them, but a few weeks ago, I damaged my ring at work. It was my own fault, and I bent the ring and lost a diamond out of the side of the band. They repaired it for me at no cost, and were wonderful to work with. It’s so nice to see a company stand by their work, and go above and beyond for their customers. I’ll be ordering my wedding band from them soon!
