We had such a great experience at the True Gem! Kelly was so helpful teaching my fiancée and I about the different options available in engagement rings. She was able to guide us into the perfect stone, and even customized the setting to exactly match what we had in mind! It took about 3 weeks from the time I ordered the ring until it was ready for pickup. This even included the customization and approval process. I would recommend True Gem to anyone looking for a beautiful ring at a very fair price!

This review is long overdue (sorry!); My fiancé proposed in 2025 with a ring from The True Gem, and I couldn't be happier with it. The ring is well made and has held up with no issues. Beyond the engagement ring itself, I want to give credit to Brad, their Director of Sales. We experienced a small misstep during the process, and Brad handled the situation with patience and professionalism. Looking back, I can really appreciate the time and effort he put into making things right.
