Nice staff just didn't have the vehicle that I wanted
After a very long search, I found the Truck I wanted at L.A. Nissan Truck Depot Division. Alex and Zak helped me with my trade in and into my new truck. They were very pleasant to work with and make the transition very easy. They worked with me on my time frame and helped work in the price and all the details. Truly a great experience! Purchased a vehicle from Ravi, thought everything was going great until I received the vehicle and there was physical damage on the vehicle I was not made aware of, and none of the USB ports in the car worked, which I was also not made aware of. Best experience I've had to date at a dealership. It started with my car dieing in fort mac, 700kms from home. I put out a feeler for the chance to fix my luck. As it would happen Barry Werkman replied from LA Nissan. Within a couple days of comfortable back and fourth discussion. The deal was done. I was able to pick up my new to me 2019 Mazda CX3 in Edmonton without hassle. Documents and delivery complete within a stress free environment. I recommend Erica and Barry for all of your vehicle purchasing needs.
