I'm the owner of a plumbing business in town and we depend heavily on this company to help us find tub solutions for our customers. Another 5star job completed today!
We had a tub re-glazed and some days later I realized the job was poor. There were TONS of grit spots under the glaze, including some rather large pieces. Also, in three of the four corners of the tub, the glaze had run from over-spraying. I contacted the owner and got no response/action until I posted a complaint on his FB page. We talked and first he was supposed to send the original guy back to wet-sand and re-glaze. That never happened. The next excuse was he was away at a funeral and would send him when he got back into... read more
