We have worked with the Trinity Group for several years in replacing windows and doors at units they manage. We have found them to be responsive after we look at issues. When we have questions, Stefan responds very quickly. Truly a pleasure to work together with them

One of the worst rental property groups I have ever worked with. If you can, avoid this organization. Also, notice the 5-star reviews. Most of them are not from tenets, but from home owners managing their properties through Trinity. Interesting that their tenets have horrible experiences and their property owners have very good experiences. I wonder how that works out.
The maintenance man that is always sent out to my home to complete my repairs ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure that his work is complete. When he’s done he makes sure that there isn’t anything else that needs to be done. He shows me what he’s done once finish. Thank you for all that you do. I can’t remember his name or I would’ve put it in here, but he know who he is.
