There are no words to express my gratitude with our landlord. We have been with them for 2 years. My husband and I have had an incredible experience. Took multiple maintenance companies to fix a leak, and it took them over a year. They didn't cancel the utilities when I moved out like they said they would. Pretty much was crap the entire time.
I would give it no stars if I could. I had a horrible experience renting through this company. I got my keys the first day and nothing was done or ready—windows were kicked in, bugs were splattered all over the walls, and lights were falling out of the ceiling. To this day, almost a year into the lease, they still have not fixed my porch. On top of all of that, they did not post my review. They are so helpful! I had very stressful situation and they made it very easy for me and relieved the stress of my situation! I would recommend them to anyone! And my new home is beautiful and very well managed! I am very grateful! 💜🧿
