As a tenant of the Trinity Group for the last 3 years, they have been incredibly responsive to all Maintenance needs. The team there is always quick to respond with any issues, and truly cares about us as tenants. I’m not moving anytime soon, and that’s because of the awesome customer service and support of the Trinity Group at Howard Hanna!
504 Sheldon Avenue couldn't stay above 60 degrees inside during the winter when the temperature outside is below 20 degrees. This company will leave you out in the cold, literally. I think there are better options than 504 Sheldon out there for ~1100 a month.
I have had a great experience with this leasing company over the past 3 years and highly recommend them to anyone looking to move! The rent is great and shockingly reasonable. From the very start, they have gone above and beyond to get me moved in and have always been quick and responsive to all maintenance requests I’ve had. Broken oven?
