Overall nice building. Rob does a very good job managing and maintenance. Only problem is the constant banging on the 12th floor. Also a power saw being used up there, but mostly constant banging. It’s so loud at times neighbours below us on 10th floor came up to the 11th thinking it came from this floor. It’s everyday. Sounds like a construction zone, someone constantly building something up there. If the loud banging on the 12 th floor stops I’ll move the star rating up to 5 stars. Thanks.
140 Plains Road hates the tenants. You bring up any issue with them and they get very defensive. Absolute joke here.

Very nicely well maintained and secure place. My mother likes living here very much. It's too bad the pool and other amenities close so early....
